Get involved

Find a little inspiration and then get going.

Every year we encourage people with Down syndrome, families, advocates, professionals and organisations to observe WDSD with your own activities.

We want to see this again, more than ever in 2021!

Join the #LotsOfSocks campaign

Get people talking about Down syndrome by wearing ‘Lots of Socks’. These might be mismatched socks or your craziest socks, whatever it takes to start a conversation.

Share your story

The best way to promote awareness of Down syndrome is for people with Down syndrome to share their own stories in their own words.

Take on a 21 day challenge

From 1st to 21st March take on a daily challenge. We will be with you every step of the way to encourage you and help you to achieve your goal. We will be posting suggestions in January but in the meantime you can work on your fundraising page.
