We want to see this again, more than ever in 2021!

Join the #LotsOfSocks campaign
Get people talking about Down syndrome by wearing ‘Lots of Socks’. These might be mismatched socks or your craziest socks, whatever it takes to start a conversation.

Share your story
The best way to promote awareness of Down syndrome is for people with Down syndrome to share their own stories in their own words.

Take on a 21 day challenge
From 1st to 21st March take on a daily challenge. We will be with you every step of the way to encourage you and help you to achieve your goal. We will be posting suggestions in January but in the meantime you can work on your fundraising page.

Light up a landmark
Light up the world with red and blue for WDSD – it could be a significant landmark, a monument or building. Contact us for a digital copy of the WDSD logo.

Give a little (or a lot)
Make a donation to Down Syndrome International (DSi) or to a Down syndrome organisation of your choice and feel great!

Get informed
Learn about Down syndrome from people with Down syndrome. Share your new knowledge with your freinds, family and colleagues.

Post on social media
Create your own banner, profile picture or poster using our custom images. Make sure your are following WDSD using the links below.

Host a virtual event
Who doesn’t love a virtual coffee morning or an online disco. All the fun of connecting with your friends but your get to wear your favourite pyjamas!

CONNECT for WDSD
From now, up to 21 March 2021, Down Syndrome International (DSi) will encourage the global community to CONNECT.
