Hi, I am Ahida Sarmai, a 14-year-old blessed with Down syndrome.

I have a message for all of us. It’s a poem written by Sh Dwarika Prasad Maheshwari which encourages us to keep moving and be brave in spite of all odds to achieve our goals.

The best way to promote awareness of Down syndrome is for people with Down syndrome to share their own stories in their own words.
